Balancing Kundalini Energy:
This session will balance the core, primal energy of the body called Kundalini. The Kundalini energy is the foundation for all other energy that moves inward and outward maintaining homestatis. Once the Kundalini is balanced the entire subtle body energy fields become harmonized and success is achieved on all levels for the individual. I have never taught this before!
Balancing The Fire Energy Within:
This session will balance the body’s ability to maintain its heat that results in great digestive capacity, staying warm, creating lots of energy to complete projects and assist the individual to have fun in life. When Fire is weak, we are weak! When Fire is strong, we are happy!
Balancing Critical Thinking And Physical Well Being:
This session will balance all of the mental impulses that descend from the brain to the entire body. Critical thinking will be enhanced and physical well being will be the result. This will be accomplished by fine tuning the sensory and motor functions within the body, the brain function and the ability to quiet the mind.
